VISION

Lillian L. Rashkis High School envisions a safe, inclusive, and nurturing community where all learners are seen, heard, valued, and supported to succeed. Through high expectations and meaningful opportunities, students develop the critical thinking, self-advocacy, and independence needed to become productive members of their communities and achieve future success. 

MISSION

The mission of Lillian L. Rashkis High School is to provide rigorous, specially designed instruction supported by flexible scheduling, multi-tiered systems of support, and strong school, family, and community partnerships. We empower students through individualized learning experiences, access to the NextGen Learning Standards, NY Inspires framework, Career Development and Occupational Studies (CDOS), and meaningful real-world opportunities aligned to the Career Navigation R. By fostering independence, self-advocacy, and lifelong learning, we prepare students for college, careers, and successful adult lives.
